Personal Assistant/Household Manager

Responsibilities

• Own family and personal scheduling including professional commitments, school activities, and social events
• Oversee day-to-day household operations, vendor management, and property maintenance
• Manage complex travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
• Run errands and handle in-person tasks such as shopping and returns
• Support meal planning, grocery coordination, and household organization
• Plan and execute events and gatherings
• Handle household finances and bill payments
• Manage and optimize the Founder’s calendar and communications
• Support key meetings with agenda preparation and follow-ups

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting an individual, Founder, or executive in a personal assistant or household manager role
• Experience managing complex scheduling, travel, and logistics
• Strong background in event planning, hospitality, or private client services
• Experience coordinating vendors or household operations
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate with discretion
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
