Personal Assistant/House Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage family logistics including school drop-offs, pickups, and coordinating children's activities and appointments
• Oversee household management such as grocery shopping, household supply management, and coordinating with vendors and service providers
• Provide meal prep support including packing lunches, preparing breakfast, and brewing morning drinks
• Execute daily errands including pharmacy runs, dry cleaning, post office visits, and retail pickups
• Handle personal administrative tasks such as managing calendars, appointments, reminders, and household expense tracking
• Proactively anticipate household needs to ensure the home remains well-stocked and organized

Requirements

• Prior experience as a personal assistant, household manager, nanny/PA hybrid, or family assistant
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for daily local travel
• Based in Buffalo, NY or willing to relocate (relocation support is available)
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility and on-call availability
• Proficiency with smartphones and essential apps like Google Maps, messaging, and calendars

Preferred Qualifications

• Light cooking or meal preparation experience
• Experience managing household budgets or expense tracking
• Familiarity with digital scheduling or task management applications

Benefits
