About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and organizing the Managing Director's daily operations
- Support non-operational procurement processes and maintain office requirement contracts
- Analyze data and prepare reports, slides, and minutes for meetings and conference calls
- Organize business trips, manage visa processes, and coordinate logistical arrangements for overseas guests
- Prepare and handle sensitive and confidential documents
- Support general administrative functions to keep the office in order
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Office Management or Assistant for High Level Management
- 3-5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant role supporting Senior Management
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written) for liaison with management
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work effectively under stress
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates residing in Bahçeşehir, Esenkent, Beylikdüzü, or Avcılar are preferred
