About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for Business and Family
- Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and letters
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
- Manage office and household administration
- Handle personal tasks and book flights, accommodations, and transport for CEO
- Manage insurance/claim renewals and property management
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Fluency in Arabic and English (Arabic is a must)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Experience working with senior management
- Proficiency in conducting online research
