About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for Business and Family
  • Handle correspondence including emails, calls, and letters
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Manage office and household administration
  • Handle personal tasks and book flights, accommodations, and transport for CEO
  • Manage insurance/claim renewals and property management
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (Arabic is a must)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Experience working with senior management
  • Proficiency in conducting online research
