Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform bedside monitoring during night shifts (80–90% of the time)
• Recognize different types of epileptic seizures and act calmly in acute situations
• Document events according to established routines
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADL)
• Provide support in daily life based on the client's needs
• Maintain a quiet and calm presence while the client sleeps

Requirements

• Calm, secure, and stable personality
• Ability to maintain focus and act methodically in acute situations
• Meticulous with documentation
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
• Experience in night work within personal assistance or care is preferred
• Comfortable with physical closeness and building a warm relationship
• Ability to provide a criminal record extract
