Mio BPA provides User-Controlled Personal Assistance (BPA), a vital tool that enables individuals with disabilities to live independent, active, and fulfilling lives. This role supports Marianne Knudsen in her daily activities, professional life, and social engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance including personal care and physical transfers
• Support the user in daily activities, social life, and professional engagements
• Perform practical indoor tasks and assist during periods of rest and recovery

Requirements

• Proficiency in Norwegian (oral and written)
• Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and sleeping night shifts
• Comfortable with dogs and driving a car for work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with physical transfers or using a hoist
• Driver's license and comfort driving larger vehicles
• Ability to commit to the role long-term (3-5 years)
