About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide practical assistance at home and at school
- Support independence through encouragement and structure
- Assist with light cooking, housework, shopping, and dog walking
- Support schoolwork by taking notes and assisting with writing
- Accompany the user during social activities, hobbies, and training
Requirements
- Completed upper secondary school or equivalent
- Ability to type quickly on a PC for note-taking
- Physical strength for assisting with daily tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BPA (User-Controlled Personal Assistance) or similar roles
- Experience working with youth
- Driver's license (Class B, preferably manual)
