About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in and initiate various activities
- Provide guidance and assistance with personal hygiene
- Support practical daily tasks and chores
- Prepare meals together
- Act as a stable and reliable adult figure
- Assist with medication
- Accompany the user on trips and holidays
Requirements
- Driver's license (Class B)
- Good knowledge of Norwegian
- Clean criminal record
- Ability to motivate and take initiative
- Ability to balance being active with providing quiet space
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in BPA (User-Controlled Personal Assistance) or healthcare
- Ability to travel
