About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personal assistance to help the client live according to their will and participate in daily activities
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Support the client during epilepsy seizures following provided instructions
- Follow company values, policies, and quality standards
- Stay informed via company communications and web training
Requirements
- Valid B-driver's license
- Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
- Non-allergic to dogs (a small dog lives in the home)
- Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
- Valid Swedish work permit or passport
- Clean criminal record (extract from police register required)
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a personal assistant
- Experience working with clients with epilepsy
