Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities including personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding
• Support medical needs such as tracheostomy care (training provided)
• Assist with transfers using a lift and between wheelchairs
• Help with household tasks and errands like shopping
• Accompany the client to social activities, theater, or sporting events
• Maintain routines and follow established work methods

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (automatic)
• 2 years of experience as a personal assistant
• Ability to learn work methods and routines easily
• Flexibility and ability to integrate into a home environment
• Valid Swedish work permit or passport
• Clean criminal record (extract from police register required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong personal chemistry with the client
• Interest in healthcare and assistance work
