Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities including personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding
• Support with tracheostomy care and medical needs
• Assist with household tasks and daily errands
• Help with transfers using a lift and between wheelchairs
• Accompany the client to social activities such as visiting friends, theater, or sports matches
• Follow company values, policies, and routines

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (automatic)
• 2 years of experience as a personal assistant
• Ability to learn work methods and routines easily
• Flexibility and ability to integrate into a home environment
• Valid Swedish work permit
• Clean criminal record (extract from police register required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong personal chemistry with the client
• Interest in healthcare and assistance work
