Personal Accounts Trading Analyst

Responsibilities

• Administer employee compliance requirements regarding personal accounts, outside business activities, private securities transactions, and gifts
• Perform day-to-day operations including statement reviews and transaction exceptions
• Collaborate with colleagues in London and Hong Kong to ensure consistent global standards
• Answer questions and explain policies clearly to a wide range of colleagues across the firm

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of corporate experience
• Excellent judgment with sensitive information
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
