Perps Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard crypto-native power users onto Kalshi's crypto markets
• Own relationships with active crypto traders from first contact through long-term retention
• Serve as the primary point of contact for top-tier users to resolve issues and surface feedback
• Proactively surface relevant markets, features, and opportunities based on trader activity
• Represent Kalshi at crypto conferences, events, and online communities
• Translate trader feedback into platform improvements in collaboration with product and growth teams
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential traders through existing networks and outbound outreach

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or account management
• Meaningful experience in crypto or adjacent financial markets
• Existing network within the crypto-native trading community
• Deep familiarity with crypto market structure and trading dynamics
• Proven track record of driving revenue or engagement through high-touch management
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing presence in crypto communities (X, Discord, Telegram)
• Experience at a crypto exchange, trading platform, or fintech
• Familiarity with prediction markets, event contracts, or derivatives
• Series 3 license
