Responsibilities

• Own timely, detail-oriented execution across the full deployment workflow from pre-installation through post-installation
• Review photos and documentation to assess installation feasibility, configuration requirements, and code compliance
• Generate permit packages and prepare interconnection agreement submissions
• Submit applications and documentation through AHJ and utility portals
• Follow up with members, utilities, and AHJs to move projects forward
• Manage REP enrollments through the full process to prevent delays or rejections
• Close out permits and ensure project records are clean and up to date
• Identify process and tool improvement opportunities and propose solutions

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role
• Experience in solar, battery, construction, or utility sectors preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience scheduling and coordinating with external stakeholders like inspectors or utilities
• Proficiency in managing documentation and utilizing online portals
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
