Permit and Closeout Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, track and maintain the Environmental and Building Permits Compliance matrix
• Ensure all staff compliance is met and in place for the team
• Ensure all Danish compliance requirements are met for the project
• Ensure all communications follows strict confidentiality agreements
• Manage and lead the closeout of the project
• Track and report on Warranty information for a large Data Center project
• Transfer closeout documentation to internal client tools and systems
• Manage and turnover all documentation to the Operations teams
• Create presentations and reports on progress
• Collaborate with stakeholders and host project meetings
• Manage interfaces with change control between design and construction teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management or construction supervision
• 5 years of focused Data Centre construction experience
• Ability to work on the construction site 5 days a week
• Fluent English language skills
• Strong professional communication and organization skills
• Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
