About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of service to every customer and assist them in finding the right products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including cash and credit payments.
- Maintain store appearance through general housekeeping, cleaning, and merchandise display updates.
- Manage product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor and assist with product ticketing.
- Implement loss prevention measures by monitoring the sales floor and following security procedures.
- Participate in in-store and digital training to maintain product knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- 0-1 years of retail experience.
- A strong passion for retail, fashion, and customer service.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Clear, upbeat, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in fashion retail.
- Ability to use initiative and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Confidence in styling customers and providing product recommendations.
