Permanent Part-timer

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to every customer and assist them in finding the right products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including cash and credit payments.
• Maintain store appearance through general housekeeping, cleaning, and merchandise display updates.
• Manage product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor and assist with product ticketing.
• Implement loss prevention measures by monitoring the sales floor and following security procedures.
• Participate in in-store and digital training to maintain product knowledge and best practices.

Requirements

• Matric certificate.
• 0-1 years of retail experience.
• A strong passion for retail, fashion, and customer service.
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Clear, upbeat, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in fashion retail.
• Ability to use initiative and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Confidence in styling customers and providing product recommendations.
