About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage facility transformation programs, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Oversee central support functions including Procurement, Sustainability, Data & Technology, and HSEQ
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Monitor program progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Guide and support operational teams to achieve key milestones and performance outcomes
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and change adoption
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Lead the development and rollout of performance dashboards and reporting frameworks
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering major programs of work in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong operational background with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and streams of change simultaneously
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Commercially astute and outcome-driven with a focus on measurable P&L impact
