Performance & Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage facility transformation programs, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Oversee central support functions including Procurement, Sustainability, Data & Technology, and HSEQ
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Monitor program progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Guide and support operational teams to achieve key milestones and performance outcomes
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and change adoption
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Lead the development and rollout of performance dashboards and reporting frameworks

• Proven experience delivering major programs of work in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong operational background with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and streams of change simultaneously
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Commercially astute and outcome-driven with a focus on measurable P&L impact
