Performance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead performance management for the operation by monitoring indicators, analyzing results, and transforming data into actionable strategic decisions.
• Identify operational opportunities, direct field actions, and monitor execution to ensure continuous process improvement.
• Structure and conduct performance tracking routines to ensure standardization and alignment across teams.
• Actively bridge the gap between analysis and operations by performing field visits to identify bottlenecks and support the implementation of new initiatives.
• Influence leadership and teams to build a data-driven culture through strategic discussions and performance analysis presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Post-graduate degree in Logistics.
• Proven experience in high-volume logistics or transport operations, with a strong focus on indicator management and performance analysis.
• Experience in team management and coordinating performance routines.
• Availability to work in the Campinas region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
