Performance & Reporting Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrated programme reporting across the programme
• Establish and maintain a single, trusted source of truth for schedule, cost, risk, and delivery data
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for Programme Board and Executive level
• Define and manage reporting cycles, timelines, frameworks, and standards
• Drive adoption of standard KPIs and performance metrics across all projects
• Lead the development of interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI
• Identify trends, emerging risks, and early warning indicators to enable proactive management
• Act as the central point of contact for programme performance reporting and stakeholder alignment

Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience
• Minimum 10 years managing complex projects within major construction or transportation programmes
• Extensive PMO and reporting experience in large-scale programmes
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience with infrastructure programmes preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline
• PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification
