Performance Reporting & Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders providing insight to drive profitable growth
• Manage the creation and maintenance of regular global performance reports including sales, brand performance, and innovation
• Provide ad hoc performance analysis on strategic themes
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable outputs for senior stakeholders
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions, including standardized templates and visualization capabilities
• Support the promotion of automated reporting tools and recommend optimizations
• Collaborate with other analytics teams to ensure consistency and a 'one version of the truth' approach
• Collaborate with Finance Transformation and Tech to drive technology enablement
• Lead and develop a high-performing team by setting clear direction and development pathways
• Build organizational capability by educating stakeholders about insights

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence or market data analysis within a global organization
• Strong understanding of data management principles and data governance frameworks
• Familiarity with modern data technologies and reporting tools like Power BI
• Ability to present complex data insights and deliver actionable outputs
• Experience in communication and messaging tailored to a senior audience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
• Proven ability to work as a self-starter with minimal supervision
