Performance Reporting & Analytics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders to drive profitable growth
• Manage creation and maintenance of regular global performance reports including sales, brand performance, and innovation
• Provide ad hoc performance analysis on strategic themes
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable outputs for senior stakeholders
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions, including standardized templates and visualization capabilities
• Ensure reporting accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance
• Support the promotion of automated reporting tools and recommend optimizations
• Collaborate with analytics teams (FP&A, CBIA) to ensure a 'one version of the truth' approach
• Partner with Finance Transformation and Tech to drive technology enablement

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or market data analysis within a global organization
• Strong understanding of data management principles and data governance frameworks
• Proficiency with modern data technologies and reporting tools like Power BI
• Ability to present complex data insights and deliver actionable recommendations
• Experience in communication and messaging tailored to a senior audience
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional, and global teams
