Performance Oversight Specialist

Responsibilities

• Produce Portfolio Manager (PM) compensation reports
• Create and maintain composites for investment analysis
• Manage regulatory ex-post risk for UCITS KIID (SRII) and PRIIPs (SRI)
• Participate in the annual GIPS® audit process
• Respond to ad-hoc queries and requests for complex analysis
• Work closely with retail and institutional teams for composite analysis
• Support projects and systems testing as required

Requirements

• Numerically and analytically minded approach to problem-solving
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of investment performance measurement is an advantage
• Experience working within a regulatory or compliance-focused environment
