About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage strategy, implementation, and optimisation of Google SEM and broader performance campaigns
- Implement and optimise end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads, Display, and DV360
- Oversee the optimisation team to deliver results across digital media and analytics platforms
- Create reporting templates and optimisation schedules for the team
- Analyse campaign data against KPIs to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage client spend diligently in line with company processes
- Conduct audience, keyword, placement, and platform research
- Ensure brand safety and viewability through required controls
Requirements
- 3–5 years of biddable search experience preferred
- Understanding of agency reporting and optimisation processes
- Knowledge of the local digital publisher landscape
- Google Ads certification (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Mobile)
- Google Analytics certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HTML and User Experience (UX)
- Knowledge of SEO
- Experience with Google Ads Editor
- Experience with GMP Suite or relevant certifications
