About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, activation, and optimization of performance-oriented digital media programs across paid search, social, display, programmatic, and video channels.
- Translate client business objectives into full-funnel media strategies and audience-centric plans.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel budgets on platforms including Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, DV360, and The Trade Desk.
- Drive continuous optimization and performance analysis, generating actionable insights through data-driven storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative, data, and analytics teams to ensure tracking quality, reporting accuracy, and seamless customer experiences.
- Act as a senior digital media point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of media best practices and AI-driven automation.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, ideally within an omnichannel agency environment.
- Deep operational expertise in paid social, display, programmatic, video, and search.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing large-scale, multi-channel budgets.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, SA360, and Merchant Center is essential.
- Strong understanding of tracking methodologies, measurement tools, and ad operations fundamentals.
- Ability to use data to drive decision-making and communicate results effectively to clients.
- Fluency in English is required for regular communication with global clients and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within agile methodologies and consulting environments.
- Familiarity with AI-based marketing, analytical, or productivity tools.
- Knowledge of traditional media landscapes.
