Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Write compelling copy for ads, landing pages, and social media to drive conversions
• Support performance marketing through the creation and optimization of digital campaigns
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
• Analyze marketing funnel data to suggest performance improvements
• Test and refine messaging through creative and strategic experimentation
• Collaborate with the team to develop new marketing initiatives based on data insights

Requirements

• Marketing experience within a software environment
• Experience in performance marketing, copywriting, and market research
• Analytical skills to interpret marketing data and optimize funnels
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
• C2 proficiency in German
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
