Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Manage campaign budgets and monitor daily performance to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Scale campaigns effectively while maintaining efficient Cost Per Lead (CPL)
• Optimize lead generation funnels, including landing pages, lead forms, and conversion flows
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to reduce funnel drop-off points
• Build and manage custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences
• Configure and monitor tracking tools including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
• Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives
• Ensure correct lead flow and attribution through CRM and automation systems

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong expertise in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Deep understanding of lead generation funnels, CPL optimization, and conversion tracking
• Proven experience managing medium to high advertising budgets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make rapid optimization decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Investment, Finance, Real Estate, or Business Consulting industries
• Background in high-ticket lead generation or luxury brand marketing
• Experience with YouTube Ads
