Performance Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of ad campaigns, from setup and launch to monitoring and reporting
• Conduct continuous data monitoring and analysis to optimize campaign performance, targeting, and budget allocation
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages
• Stay abreast of platform updates and emerging trends in digital advertising to identify new opportunities for growth
• Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Strong understanding of the ad trafficking process
• Experience in A/B testing and creative optimization
• Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret metrics and identify trends
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
