Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels including Meta, Google, video networks, and mobile DSPs
• Manage influencer marketing efforts and maintain agency relationships
• Track key KPIs and leverage data to drive the growth of mobile game titles
• Partner with creative teams to brainstorm, test, and optimize high-performing ad creatives
• Collaborate with growth analysts to evaluate campaign impact and surface actionable insights
• Explore new user acquisition channels and tactics to diversify the marketing mix
• Conduct competitor research using mobile intelligence tools to identify trends and opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally within the mobile app or gaming industry
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex campaign data into actionable strategy
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Hands-on experience with leading ASO platforms (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or Mobile Action)
• Proven experience working with major social platforms (Google, Meta) and ad networks (AppLovin, Unity)
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with retargeting and re-marketing strategies
