Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize high-budget performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate platforms, and app marketing channels.
• Define and implement scalable growth strategies to drive sustainable user acquisition and improve key metrics.
• Utilize analytics tools like Amplitude, WebEngage, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Appsflyer to track performance and optimize customer journeys.
• Analyze acquisition funnels to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing conversion rates and reducing drop-offs.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to ensure optimal ROI and cost efficiencies.
• Partner with product, business, and analytics teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
• Drive organic traffic and app store visibility through SEO and ASO best practices.
• Create comprehensive dashboards and reports to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling large-budget campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Amplitude, WebEngage, Google Analytics, and Appsflyer.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, and app marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from funnel and user behavior data.
• Experience building dashboards and implementing event tracking for campaign analysis.
• Solid understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and ASO (App Store Optimization) principles.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Experience in the BFSI sector is a strong plus.
