Responsibilities

• Own performance end-to-end by driving pipeline and revenue against vertical SMB targets across Meta and Google
• Build evergreen programs and prove out new verticals, audiences, and channels through structured pilots
• Lead creative strategy and execution, including concepting, briefing, and editing ad creative
• Optimize the full funnel by tuning bidding, targeting, landing pages, and CRO
• Partner with sales to troubleshoot lead quality and unblock stalled deals
• Build analytical dashboards and distill complex performance data into executive-ready narratives
• Document and scale successful tactics into repeatable plays

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of performance or growth marketing experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta required)
• B2B experience with understanding of MQL/SQL conversion and multi-touch attribution
• Proven track record of building paid social programs from the ground up
• Expertise in media buying mechanics, including targeting, testing structures, and incrementality
• High proficiency in analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Excel/Sheets
• Strong creative instincts for briefing and editing ad content
• Experience with MarTech tracking like GTM, pixels, or conversion APIs is a plus
