Performance Marketing Manager (Off-Plan)

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and operate the off-plan paid media capability, defining how media is structured, measured, and scaled
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media activity across live off-plan projects
• Set up and manage all paid media accounts and infrastructure, including Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Implement and maintain tracking, pixels, and conversion events to ensure correct attribution
• Optimize campaigns for lead quality and sales-ready outcomes rather than just volume
• Manage budget pacing and allocate spend dynamically based on demand and inventory status
• Track and report on core commercial metrics such as cost per qualified lead and viewing-to-reservation ratios
• Collaborate with the Off-Plan Campaign Manager, design, and content teams to align media activity with launch plans

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
• Proven experience setting up and owning paid media accounts and tracking infrastructure
• Strong technical understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads in lead-generation environments
• Commercial mindset with a focus on lead quality, conversion, and ROI
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate, property, or high-value sales sectors
