Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit
• Manage and allocate a multi-million dollar paid media budget focusing on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback periods
• Build and maintain a structured creative testing framework for UGC, static, and video assets
• Develop channel-level reporting dashboards and surface performance insights to leadership
• Partner with data teams to build attribution models, audience segmentation, and incrementality testing frameworks
• Lead audience strategy including lookalikes, retargeting, and first-party data activation
• Identify and pilot emerging platforms and formats
• Collaborate with creative, product, and lifecycle teams to align messaging

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience
• 2+ years managing a 7-figure monthly budget
• Proven track record of scaling DTC, SaaS, or consumer brands
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Hands-on experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI tools
• Understanding of MMP platforms like AppsFlyer and multi-touch attribution
• Ability to operate independently and manage external agencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing for health, wellness, or subscription products
• Experience in a digital health environment with familiarity with HIPAA-conscious ad practices
• Familiarity with affiliate or influencer performance channels
• Knowledge of programmatic media buying
• Experience using AI-assisted creative tools
