Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of paid media across all group brands, managing Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads end-to-end.
• Drive B2C lead generation by optimizing for cost per enrolment rather than just cost per lead.
• Manage multi-brand budget allocation based on ROI and seasonal demand.
• Oversee conversion tracking, pixel audits, GA4 integration, and attribution modeling.
• Build and manage retargeting sequences across paid platforms, email, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain clean UTM structures and collaborate with sales/CRM teams to ensure lead quality.
• Manage agency relationships and hold external vendors to high performance standards.

Requirements

• 10 to 12 years of hands-on paid media experience (agency or in-house) with direct account management.
• Proven track record in B2C lead generation with demonstrable improvements in lead quality and conversion.
• Expertise in managing significant budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads simultaneously.
• Experience managing multiple brands or clients with different audiences and propositions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build honest, problem-solving dashboards.
• Ability to work with urgency in a lean, fast-moving environment.
