Responsibilities

  • Manage paid media marketing focusing on customer acquisition and conversion across META, Google, Bing, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Reddit
  • Manage Affiliate Marketing channel in conjunction with influencer marketing to achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Analyze key KPIs to prioritize optimizations and ensure campaigns hit goals
  • Collaborate with analytics and finance teams to optimize budgets and strategy
  • Partner with retail channels to deliver paid media solutions for offline store traffic and events
  • Brief creative teams to produce innovative and personalized digital ads
  • Manage a continuous testing pipeline for creative, messaging, landing pages, and audience targeting
  • Provide consistent channel performance reporting and insights

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of D2C digital marketing experience managing a successful paid media P&L
  • Direct experience in paid search, paid social, display, and video for eCommerce or retail brands
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, GTM, Google Analytics, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills with experience creating dashboards
  • Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Experience with rapidly growing brands managing multi-million dollar media budgets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with streaming video media buying platforms
  • Experience with Affiliate and Creator platforms
