Responsibilities
- Manage paid media marketing focusing on customer acquisition and conversion across META, Google, Bing, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Reddit
- Manage Affiliate Marketing channel in conjunction with influencer marketing to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
- Analyze key KPIs to prioritize optimizations and ensure campaigns hit goals
- Collaborate with analytics and finance teams to optimize budgets and strategy
- Partner with retail channels to deliver paid media solutions for offline store traffic and events
- Brief creative teams to produce innovative and personalized digital ads
- Manage a continuous testing pipeline for creative, messaging, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Provide consistent channel performance reporting and insights
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of D2C digital marketing experience managing a successful paid media P&L
- Direct experience in paid search, paid social, display, and video for eCommerce or retail brands
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads, GTM, Google Analytics, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills with experience creating dashboards
- Entrepreneurial, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience with rapidly growing brands managing multi-million dollar media budgets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with streaming video media buying platforms
- Experience with Affiliate and Creator platforms
