About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and lead performance marketing strategies across SEM, social media, display, and mobile channels
- Set and manage acquisition and growth KPIs across performance channels
- Champion multi-touch attribution models to optimize conversion pathways
- Drive test-and-learn initiatives including A/B and multivariate testing
- Translate data into actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Oversee the performance marketing team, ensuring clarity of direction and workload management
- Act as the day-to-day performance marketing lead for clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a performance marketing team
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager
- Experience with Shopee and Lazada Ads Platforms
- Strong command of English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
