Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms focusing on new user acquisition and lead generation
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
• Launch and analyze ad creative and landing page tests to inform future iterations
• Partner with data and engineering teams to support reporting and attribution infrastructure

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns with 7-digit monthly budgets
• In-depth knowledge of Meta and Google Ads platforms, including best practices and limitations
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
• Experience with high-velocity creative testing and working alongside creative teams
• Knowledge of mobile attribution platforms (e.g., Branch, Appsflyer) and mobile marketing landscapes (SKAN, privacy limitations)
• Strong communication skills to synthesize complex information for internal stakeholders
