Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of traditional media campaigns including Direct Mail, Print, OOH, Radio, and TV.
• Own campaign documentation, traffic sheets, tracking details, timelines, and vendor coordination to ensure accurate execution.
• Track campaign spends, attribution, and post-launch performance across traditional media channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate trends, risks, and opportunities into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Support A/B testing readouts and campaign wrap reporting across creative, messaging, and channel executions.
• Partner with media vendors and internal teams to assess placement options, costs, and local market needs.

Requirements

• Experience with traditional media channels such as Direct Mail, OOH, Print, Radio, or TV.
• Experience in marketing, campaign operations, media execution, or performance marketing support.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze performance data to identify trends.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with agencies, creative teams, or media vendors.
• Experience supporting creative testing, campaign readouts, or performance analysis.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, or related reporting tools.
• Experience using Power BI or similar dashboard tools to visualize campaign performance.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and working with large data sets.
