Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize high-volume digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other third-party platforms
• Ensure performance growth by managing campaigns to meet clients’ ROI goals and implementing optimization recommendations
• Maintain strong understanding and application of Google Ads campaign types and best practices
• Continuously analyze performance data and create detailed campaign performance reports
• Efficiently manage advertising budgets across all platforms and campaigns
• Create and test compelling PPC ad copy through continuous A/B testing to improve conversion rates
• Report on key performance indicators, calculate Cost Per Lead (CPL), forecast spend, and adjust strategies based on demand and seasonality

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing
• At least 1 year of experience managing a team
• Mandatory e-commerce experience
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics
• Expertise in keyword research, campaign buildouts, ad creation, A/B copy testing, bid management, and lead generation
• In-depth experience in Google Display Network and Display Advertising
• Solid knowledge of retargeting/remarketing strategies
• Demonstrated people management and team leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational or professional background in Marketing and Advertising
• Experience with luxury brands
• Fluency in French
