Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize high-volume digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other third-party platforms
• Manage campaigns to meet client ROI goals and implement rapid optimization recommendations
• Maintain a strong understanding of Google Ads campaign types and industry best practices
• Analyze performance data and create detailed campaign performance reports
• Efficiently manage advertising budgets across all platforms and campaigns
• Create and test compelling PPC ad copy through continuous A/B testing to improve conversion rates
• Report on key performance indicators, calculate Cost Per Lead (CPL), and forecast spend

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, including at least 1 year of people management experience
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Google Analytics
• Strong skills in keyword research, campaign buildouts, bid management, and lead generation
• In-depth experience with Google Display Network, Display Advertising, and retargeting/remarketing strategies
• Mandatory experience in E-commerce
• Educational or professional background in Marketing and Advertising

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with luxury brands
• Fluency in French
