Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day to day media buying, optimisation and pacing across multiple channels in Spain (Meta, YT, TT, LinkedIn)
• Translate Spain priorities into concrete strategy and plans in partnership with Global Growth Marketing
• Set the media mix, lead budget allocation, and own the experiment roadmap
• Partner with Data teams to run incrementality studies and interpret MMMs
• Translate performance data into creative insights for Growth Creative pods
• Manage creative rotation, scaling top performers and flagging refresh needs
• Evaluate audience segmentation, targeting, and bidding strategies
• Lead CRO initiatives through implementation and learning cycles
• Improve performance marketing systems using automation and AI tooling

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in media buying and budget management
• Strong optimisation mindset and data-driven decision making
• Experience collaborating with creative teams for structured testing
• Familiarity with MMM, lift studies, and incrementality testing
• Experience with creative testing frameworks and sprint-based experimentation
• Experience improving funnels for App and Web based products
• Fluency in Spanish and good English
