Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all campaigns on channels such as Facebook, Google, and other ad networks using data-driven decisions
• Constantly test new tactics, campaigns, and ad networks to improve the UA process
• Work closely with ad networks and manage relationships
• Analyze UA data to identify growth opportunities
• Understand market dynamics, UA tools, and users to improve the UA process
• Collaborate with marketing artists to create better-performing creatives
• Monitor competition and gather market intelligence to establish best practices
• Optimize and track monetization channels to improve LTV

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or relevant fields
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant business or market experience
• Knowledge of UA on ad networks such as Facebook, Google, and AppLovin
• Outstanding analytical skills and strength in data analysis
• Strong knowledge and interest in mobile gaming
• Results-oriented and metric-driven mindset

• Experience playing Tasty Match: Cook and Puzzle
• Curiosity about the gaming industry
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments
