Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the paid pipeline number and the full paid budget
• Optimize channel allocation week to week based on cost per opportunity and downstream conversion
• Execute hands-on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads including account structure, audiences, and bidding
• Lead new paid-channel experiments with clear read-outs on scalability
• Maintain tracking and attribution hygiene using tools like Stape and PostHog
• Collaborate with design and PMM on creative and landing-page optimization
• Perform regular ad creative refreshes and weekly paid reporting

Requirements

• A few years of hands-on experience in paid media (ideally agency-side B2B SaaS or in-house growth-stage SaaS)
• Deep, current execution skills in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience managing $1M+ in annual paid spend
• Strong analytics skills with a deep understanding of B2B attribution
• Fast and scrappy mindset for testing and reallocation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B, fintech, or office-of-the-CFO audiences
• Curiosity about paid placement on AI-answer surfaces
• Experience standing up brand-new paid channels
