About the Company
Lightfield is an AI-native CRM that assembles itself from your email, calendar, and meetings. It captures every interaction and turns it into organized context: accounts, tasks, follow-ups, and insights. We are backed by Greylock, Lightspeed, and Coatue.
Responsibilities
- Build an AI-native performance marketing engine including experiment design, creative production, and analysis
- Run paid acquisition strategy and execution across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X, and newsletter sponsorships
- Optimize the self-serve funnel to meet sign-up and conversion targets
- Own lifecycle marketing including onboarding sequences, trial nudges, and re-engagement
- Architect measurement systems for attribution tracking and brand impact
Requirements
- AI-native approach to analysis, creative testing, and landing page generation
- Deeply hands-on experience with Google and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience managing mixed brand and performance budgets
- Proficiency in measuring brand impact and running incrementality tests
- Strong written communication skills for briefs and ad copy
- Proven track record at a fast-paced, early-stage company
