Performance Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid digital marketing strategies across search, social, display, remarketing, and affiliates
• Maintain a hands-on approach to activating digital campaigns and monitoring daily channel performance
• Derive actionable insights from data to readjust plans and hit scale and efficiency targets
• Optimize campaign results through continuous testing and implementation of new techniques
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve marketing infrastructure
• Build and execute marketing plans to drive awareness and customer adoption of the mobile application
• Partner with trading, web analytics, CRM, and social media teams to optimize online marketing spend

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing across multiple channels
• Expert level understanding of Facebook performance marketing and the Google Ads ecosystem
• Proven experience in E-commerce
• Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to develop complex marketing models
• Fluency in English
• Experience with KPI selection and performance measurement within paid media channels

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree with a focus on Marketing, IT, or Engineering
• Advanced expertise in Excel and SQL
• Experience with bid management platforms, DSPs, and DMPs
• Performance marketing experience on TikTok, LinkedIn, or Spotify
• Certifications such as Facebook Blueprint, Google Training, or Twitter FlightSchool
