Responsibilities

• Own paid pipeline generation across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels
• Turn paid spend into measurable pipeline and revenue impact
• Build and scale audiences using attribution insights and account-level GTM data
• Design, build, and deploy B2B marketing agents to automate workflows like audience building and bid optimization
• Use AI agents to orchestrate GTM actions and messaging
• Collaborate with content, PMM, and sales teams on messaging and creative angles
• Run structured experiments across creative, targeting, and landing pages
• Plan and manage budgets tied to pipeline and growth targets
• Deliver clear reporting and actionable insights to leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS performance marketing experience
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
• Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and account-based marketing
• Proven ability to build AI-powered marketing agents and automate workflows
• Highly analytical and commercially minded with focus on CAC and revenue
• Comfortable owning both strategy and execution
