Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overarching performance marketing strategy to achieve ambitious daily ad spend goals.
  • Direct high-budget UA campaigns across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) and Google Ads (Search, Display, App Campaigns, YouTube).
  • Manage multi-million dollar budgets with full autonomy, making data-driven decisions on budget allocation.
  • Research, test, and launch new user acquisition channels from scratch.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative teams to improve conversion funnels and creative alignment.
  • Establish measurement frameworks and conduct deep-dive analyses on multi-channel performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of senior-level experience in performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling UA budgets to $100k+ USD daily.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise across Google Ads and App Install Networks.
  • Proficiency in dissecting complex performance data and building attribution models.
  • Ability to identify and scale new acquisition channels from the ground up.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mobile apps, fintech, or gaming.
  • Strong grasp of user retention and monetization dynamics.
