Performance Marketing & E-commerce Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms
• Manage and maintain e-commerce stores on Shopify and/or WooCommerce
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve conversions and ROAS
• Create basic marketing creatives using Canva for advertisements and social media
• Track key performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports and insights
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve lead quality
• Manage product listings, promotions, and website updates on e-commerce platforms
• Coordinate with sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing and E-commerce Management
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
• Proficiency in managing Shopify and/or WooCommerce platforms
• Basic proficiency in Canva for creating marketing assets
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and performance reporting
• Knowledge of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience targeting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
• Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and e-commerce growth strategies
• Proven experience in scaling paid campaigns while maintaining profitability
