Performance Marketing & Digital Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet monthly lead and revenue targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital channels.
• Monitor and improve key metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels.
• Identify funnel drop-off points and implement strategies to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion rates.
• Build and manage retargeted funnels, including email and WhatsApp automation flows.
• Set up and manage tracking infrastructure using Meta Pixel, GA4, and GTM.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable growth recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid digital campaigns.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and troubleshooting attribution issues.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and lead flow architecture.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate data into growth strategies.
• Experience managing and scaling paid advertising budgets effectively.
