Performance Marketing Digital Ad Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Plan and design digital creative assets, including static image banners and animated banners, to ensure a consistent visual experience for performance marketing campaigns.
• Create design variations and optimize asset sizes for various digital platforms such as Google, Meta, Kakao, and Naver.
• Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Higgsfield, Midjourney, Gemini) to produce images, videos, and short-form video content for digital advertising.
• Develop visual assets and digital creatives for official website content publishing.
• Communicate and collaborate with relevant internal departments, advertising agencies, and external partners.

Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Midjourney or Gemini.
• Proven experience in designing digital ad creatives or high-conversion landing pages.
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and motion design.
• A proactive attitude toward proposing new digital advertising ideas and strong communication skills.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory (PDF format recommended).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using generative AI tools specifically for performance marketing ad production.
• Proficiency in motion graphics tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in marketing campaign planning, communication messaging development, and copywriting.
