Performance Marketing Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets across paid social, display, search, email, web, video, and emerging digital channels
• Translate marketing objectives and audience insights into compelling visual concepts
• Create scalable creative systems and asset libraries to support campaign growth
• Develop multiple creative variations to support A/B testing and optimization
• Partner with marketing and analytics teams to refine creative based on performance data
• Design landing pages and conversion experiences to support recruitment and enrollment
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and photographers to develop integrated campaigns

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital design, or growth marketing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative quality and measurable business impact
• Experience designing for paid social, digital advertising, email, and web
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Understanding of marketing funnels, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mission-driven, education, or nonprofit brands
• Motion graphics, video editing, or animation experience
• Experience partnering closely with growth teams
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and performance reporting tools
